Annet or Ant as we call him was bred by myself Brindlebay Gundogs, he was out of my FTCH Garrethall Quill of Brindlebay winner or 7 trials, 5 being open stakes, 1 all aged and a novice.

Quill qualified 4 times for the IGL retriever Championships and was in the England team at Windsor Great Park for the Home Nations field trial ( in celebration of H R H 90 th birthday.

Ants Sire is FTCH Dunjailin Rocky Rogue of Westerkames owned and trained by Kirsty Cousins. Diesel as he is known qualified twice for the IGL Championships, a superb strong dog that I had the privilege to judge at a trial in Scotland ( which he won , making a retrieve of a Cock Pheasant one of the best retrieves I have ever watched ) Hence my decision to use him.

Ant is a very kind dog with loads of pace and style, he has the abilities to become a Champion.

A stunning looking dog, home bred, his dam is my FTCH Brindlebay Gertie of Birdsgreen and the sire FTCH Emmawood Drake ( who also achieved achampionship award in 2011).
 

Slipper is fast and extremely stylish. Very pleasing to the eye with full commitment to his work.

He won his first puppy test in August 2014 and then a novice test in April 2015.
He did a little picking up in the 2014/2015 shooting season and went on to win the Suffolk gundog club novice trial in September.

In spring 2016 I ran him in the URC ( Essex Branch ) open test which we won qualifying for the URC finals in June, A few weeks later he was 4th in EALRC open and then won the Eastern Counties open test in May so I will trial him in opens this trialling season.
