If you do not know which format to use, here is a simple guide -
Flash - works on 99% of computers and is the best choice if you have a slow broadband connection as the file is small and playback starts immediately.
QuickTime - for Apple Mac users
Windows Media - for PC users with Windows Media Player installed. The file is the largest here and may be slow to run if you do not have a fast broadband connection.
